Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with TGF IDEAS EMPIRE, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

Booking is only confirmed once the required deposit / full payment has been received.

Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.

2. Booking Time

Customers are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before the booked session.

The booked session starts and ends according to the confirmed time slot. Late arrival will reduce the available shooting time and the session will not be extended unless the next slot is available.

3. Deposit & Payment

Any deposit or booking fee paid is used to secure the selected date and time.

The booking fee is non-refundable for cancellation by the customer.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a cancellation.

5. Cancellation / No Show

For cancellation or failure to attend the booked session (No Show), all payments made may be forfeited.

A new booking and payment may be required for another session.

6. Session Duration

Customers must complete their photography session within the booked duration.

Additional time, if available, will be charged according to the current studio rate.

7. Number of Participants

The number of participants must follow the package selected during booking.

Additional participants may incur additional charges.

8. Studio Property

Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of studio equipment, furniture, props and facilities.

Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the customer.

9. Children

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while inside the studio.

TGF IDEAS EMPIRE will not be responsible for incidents resulting from inadequate supervision.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.

TGF IDEAS EMPIRE shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

11. Photo Selection & Editing

Final photographs will be selected and edited according to the package purchased.

Unedited photos, RAW files and additional edited photos are not included unless specifically stated in the package.

Additional photos or editing may be purchased separately.

12. Delivery

Edited photos will normally be delivered within the delivery period stated in the selected package.

Delivery time may vary depending on workload, public holidays or additional editing requirements.

13. Copyright & Usage

Copyright of photographs taken by TGF IDEAS EMPIRE remains with TGF IDEAS EMPIRE.

Customers are granted permission to use the delivered photographs for personal use and personal social media.

Commercial use must obtain prior approval unless the session was specifically booked as a commercial photography package.

14. Portfolio & Social Media

TGF IDEAS EMPIRE may use selected photographs for portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes.

Customers who do not wish their photographs to be published must inform TGF IDEAS EMPIRE before or during the session.

15. Studio Rules

Food, drinks, smoking, vaping and activities that may damage studio equipment or facilities are not permitted unless approved by studio management.

Customers must follow reasonable instructions given by studio staff.

16. Force Majeure

If the studio is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, emergency, power outage, natural disaster or other circumstances beyond our control, TGF IDEAS EMPIRE may offer a replacement date or other reasonable arrangement.

17. Acceptance

By completing the booking and making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
